7th Annual Scary Toy Contest

September 15th - October 31, 2026 Hello Kiddies! It's that time of year again! Yesteryear Funland Traveling Toy Museum is proud to present The 7th Annual Scary Toy Contest. The contest kcks off September 15th and ends on October 31st, 2026 Halloween night at 12 O'Clock Midnight. To Enter The Contest Follow These Easy Steps! 1. With extreme caution, venture into your attic, basement, closet, or shed to take out your scary toy that gives you the heebie-jeebies! 2. Snap a clean photo of your toy and submit it to our email address, yesteryearfunnland@aol.com Official Entry Rules 1. You must be 18 years of age and older to enter. 2. One (1) toy per contestant. 3. Your toy can be anything. 4. No photos of inappropriate toys and/or gore! Gore Definition: Blood that had been shed, especially as a result of violence. 5. Your toy can be home made or store bought. 6. Your toy can have eyes that open or close, eyes that glow, talk, sing, dance, have hair or no hair, teeth or no teeth, jump, bounce, float, posses wheels, wings, large or small ears, make creepy noises, frown or smile. 7. All entries must be submitted via email to yesteryearfunland@aol.com In Subject Line Type: Toy for 7th Annual Scary Toy Contest. 8. Share a brief descritption of your toy. Include a name of your toy if applicable, how you obtained your toy, how long you have had it, and any scary stories of your toy you might have. 9. Please include your first name and your home state initials at the end of your email. Example: Paul Smith 10. All entries me be submitted before 12 O'clock midnight on October 31st, 2026 Claiming Your Winnings The winner will be notified via email on the morning of November 1st, 2026. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours to claim their winnings by 12 O'clock Midnight on November 2nd, 2026, they forfeit their winnings, and the next runner up will be selected. Sharing On Social Media All entries will be shared on Yesteryear Funland and Founder/Head Curator Shawn Butler's social media pages, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, and Bluesky. We invite you to follow, like and share your entry with family and friends to share this spooktastic contest that has gone international.
